A CONTEMPORARY LIFE to LIVE

Corona Virus Disease 2019. What do we know from this word? Why do we panic when we hear this word? What is this? Answer to these questions is endless...... 

It all started in 2019, in Wuhan, China. It is a dangerous disease that could cause a persons death. With time this disease started to spread across the globe and hence the pandemic had just begun. 

Our country India is also a part of the globe. So COVID-19 also travelled across the country India. The first case was found to be in Kerala. And then it spread across the nation rapidly. 

Our dutiful, responsible, conscientious government had to take strict actions to stop this pandemic. So, PM Narendra Modi declared a lockdown on 23rd March 2020. Lockdown was something that had to be encountered in ones life. The country was shut down for more than 2 months. As we respect the governments decision by heart, we followed all the strict rules and regulations (like washing hands, wearing masks, etc).

All of us were allotted some time to get the necessary things. Doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals, vegetable vendors and other essential commodity providers were on their duties to provide us with full comfort in our life. Due to the lockdown, COVID cases were kept under control. Doctors and nurses tried their level best to protect us. All the schools, colleges and public places were closed due to the spread of the pandemic. The lockdown was very effective as it provided us with full protection from the fatal virus. Due to the lockdown the natural beauty of the Earth had sustained and restored itself. Less use of vehicles resulted in less pollution. 

Though the lockdown was fully effective, it still had a few cons. The lockdown had caused a bad impact on the disabled and the needy people. Children who were not financially sound, were unable to get online education facilities. On the other hand, financially sound urban people could easily access it for their wards in such a situation.  

Many people had lost their jobs. They were jobless and it caused a great problem and affected their life. The economic conditions were getting worse. 

Hence, there are many good effects and bad effects to human life. 

Though this pandemic will take a long time (it's predicted more than a year) to end, but believe me it will end soon. We all will surely resume our life back to normal. WE CAN and WE WILL beat this together.
